Welcome to Anchor Pointe Marina and Anchor Pointe Boat-A-Minium. We are a full-service marina located on Lake Erie in Curtice, OH. Our marina is operated as a “Boat-A-Minium.” Our members own their docks as their own property, much as one would own a condominium. This is a unique arrangement in the area and provides a number of opportunities and options for boaters. We have 574 docks, and docks can be leased from the Marina on a seasonal basis or purchased for permanent ownership.

Our marina is on Cooley Canal, which is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers designated Harbor of Refuge. The canal and marina have direct access to Lake Erie. We are a short trip by boat from Toledo, OH, Monroe, MI, and the Lake Erie Islands.

Anchor Pointe offers a complete line of marine services, including transient slips, a full-service gas dock, pump-out, marine repairs and service, haul-out and inside and outside storage. We are a BoatUS cooperating marina.

Our amenities include a large in-ground pool exclusive to dock owners and renters, shower and restroom facilities, a dog run, and convenient free parking. All of our docks are drive-up. Many of our dock owners have decks built on their properties to enhance their boating and leisure time.
